General description

Hot medium is inlet into jacket for drying,heat exchange id done by the inner wall contacts with damp material.After the material absorbs heat,water is evaporated.The evaporated moisture and other gas is exhausted from vacuum exhaust pipe by vacuum pump.In the tank it is vacuum state and the rotary of tank makes the material overturn continuously,so the drying speed is fast and drying intensity is increased,and can achieve the purpose of uniform drying.It is a new style dryer that combines mixing and drying together.It can be used together with condenser and vacuum pump(if don’t need recover solvent,condenser is not needed).

The design is advanced,inner structure is simple and easy to clean.Material can be discharged completely and operation is simple.It can reduce the labor intensity,and improve working environment.Material will rotate with the rotary of tank,but there is no material stick on the inner wall,so coefficient of heat transfer is high,drying efficiency is high.It can not only save energy but also can dry material uniformly.

Scope of application

It is suitable for the raw materials that need to concentrate,mix and dry at low temperature pharmaceutical and foodstuff industries(such as biochemistry products in chemical).Particularly it is suitable for the raw materials that are easy to oxidize,volatilize and have strong heat sensitive and toxic and not permitted to destroy its crystal in drying.

Main features

1.Vacuumized pipe rotates together with tank,it avoids the material pollution because of the wear of tank and vacuum pipe and the wear of sealing strip.

2.The sealing of tank two sides adopt advanced rotary joint sphere plumbago sealing technology.

3.The active support of motor can adjust the best degree of tension by belt.

4.Inner tank,jacket and axle sleeve are welded together.Use large scale boring machine to process the flatness of axle sleeve and the concentricity of tank.It can ensure the radial run out of the main axle two sides is less than 0.2 mm.

5.There is diaphragm type vacuum meter to show the vacuum degree in the tank,it can prevent the phenomenon of false vacuum.
